Far More × Aether Grounds
A proposal in confidence

From origin storyto origin protocol.

A partnership proposal between Far More Coffee and Æther-Portal — the coffee-native operating system for certification, contracting, intelligence, and ecosystem coordination.

02 — The Hook

The Pledge,
already a standing agreement.

Far More has seven firm commitments to its Colombian producers — honored across seasons, published in plain language for anyone to read.

Æther·Grounds converts intent into certainty—each commitment executed, not interpreted.

  1. 01
    On-time payment.
    Pagos a tiempo.
    Æther·Grounds layer

Delivery confirmation, co-signed by the exporter and the receiving warehouse, releases stablecoin from escrow to the producer's wallet in the same block. The handshake executes itself — payment cannot be delayed, misrouted, or quietly renegotiated.

    escrow.release(producer) ← attest(deliveryConfirmed, by=[exporter, warehouse])
  2. 02
    Open prices.
    Precios claros.
    Æther·Grounds layer

Each lot's negotiated price is written to an on-chain oracle keyed by lot ID and harvest. One number, one source, queryable by anyone — the disclosure can no longer drift between conversations or contracts.

oracle.publish(lotId, price, harvest) — immutable, public
  3. 03
    Pre-harvest commitment.
    Compromisos pre-cosecha.
    Æther·Grounds layer

A harvest-claim NFT is minted to the producer ahead of the season, encoding volume, floor, and delivery window. The buyer's word becomes collateral — an instrument the producer can borrow against from any lender who can read the chain.

    mint(HarvestClaim, season, producer, floor, volume) → producer.wallet
  4. 04
    Scores returned to the farm.
    Compartimos puntajes.
    Æther·Grounds layer

Each cup score is signed by the cupping facility and pushed to the producer's wallet as a portable attestation. The score becomes property — owned by the producer, portable across buyers, seasons, and certifications.

    attest(CupScore, lot, scorer.signature) → producer.archive
  5. 05
    Post-harvest support.
    Apoyos post-cosecha.
    Æther·Grounds layer

The premium is escrowed at contract signing. If the lot clears the threshold, transfer is automatic; if not, funds return or roll forward under preset terms. The reward enforces itself — no “we’ll see,” no quiet drift in settlement.

    if (lot.quality ≥ threshold) → premium.transfer(producer)
  6. 06
    Same farms, every season.
    Volvemos cada temporada.
    Æther·Grounds layer

Each renewed season appends to an on-chain loyalty record. The recurring relationship becomes a credit graph — verifiable history a producer can carry to lenders, certifiers, or adjacent buyers without asking permission.

    loyalty.renew(producer, season+1) — appends to relationship.history
  7. 07
    Direct line to buyers.
    Te conectamos.
    Æther·Grounds layer

Consent-gated routing matches opted-in producers to vetted buyers in adjacent markets (APAC, EU specialty). The introduction routes itself — keys held by the producer, not the broker.

    network.match(producer.consent → buyer.kyc)

Seven Trust Agreements
One Layer Underneath

Far More has the relationship, the producers, the promise… Æther·Grounds has the Coffee-Native operating system to help perform on that promise.

03 · The Gap

Coffee runs on
narrative trust.

The world’s most economically significant agricultural network is often governed by fragmented record-keeping, siloed certifications, and contracts that depend on faith rather than verifiable execution.

Æther-Portal White Paper, §1
  • 01 /Provenance is difficult to validate across multiple custody changes.
  • 02 /Quality-linked premiums are hard to enforce automatically.
  • 03 /Origin intelligence rarely compounds into economic leverage for producers.
  • 04 /Retail freshness is poorly integrated into upstream planning.
  • 05 /Commercial relationships depend on administrative overhead and unverifiable representations.
  • / →Far More has solved every one of these — manually, through relationships and travel. Æther turns that work into a network asset.
02A — The Pipeline

Soil to cup,
in six signed events.

Every coffee already passes through the same six stages. Today the execution model is spreadsheets, emails, and handshakes. Æther·Grounds turns chain of custody and exchange of value into an immutable signed event — a single concise record the next party inherits, signs, and forwards. One operating system. Six stages. Zero permission drift.

Stage-aware access. Farmers write at origin, retain view-only downstream. A roaster cannot alter IoT field configs.
One source of truth. The farmer writes the data once. The platform locks it to the batch forever. Counterfeit-proof by construction.
EUDR-ready. The 2025 EU Deforestation Regulation makes traceability a legal mandate, not a marketing line. The pipeline ships compliant by default.
04 — Architectural Match

Five layers.
Each one already exists inside Far More.

Æther-Portal is not a bolt-on. It is the digital encoding of work Far More has been doing — by hand, on planes, over WhatsApp — for half a decade.

Will Far More be the anchor partnerfor coffee’s first programmable trust layer?

No countdown, no pressure — partnerships of this shape happen when both sides are ready. When you are, here’s the line.
